Scorecard privacy
The AI Visibility Scorecard is a website audit tool, not a people tracker: it stores the address you check, the derived scores, and timestamps — and nothing about you. Here's the whole picture, in plain English.
- Stored: the URL you enter, derived scores and findings, timestamps.
- Not collected: names, emails, accounts, tracking cookies, analytics.
- Results are public by link; event-mode audits are shared with the event host.
- Removal: email hello@eirvanta.com.
What do we store when you run an audit?
- The website address you enter.
- The derived results: scores, findings, and extracts of the site's own public pages.
- Timestamps of when the audit ran.
That's the whole record. There are no accounts, and the tool never asks for your name or email.
What don't we collect?
- No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels.
- The only thing kept in your browser is a
sessionStorageentry holding an event code (see below), which your browser discards when the tab closes.
Who can see a result?
Every audit gets a shareable link (/r/…). Anyone with the
link can view that result — that's the point of a shareable scorecard.
Don't audit a URL you wouldn't want on a public page.
What does event mode share?
If you run an audit under an event code (from a QR code at a meetup), the audit is also recorded for that event: the domain you checked, its score, and when. That record is shared with Eirvanta as the event host, so we can follow up on the results afterwards. Run the audit without the event code if you'd rather it wasn't.
What does the live model probe send?
Part of the audit asks AI models what they know about the audited brand. To do that we send the site's own public information — its name, domain and homepage description — to the model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI). Nothing about you is sent.
How do we limit abuse?
We rate-limit by IP address to keep the free tool available. IPs are held briefly in memory for that purpose and may appear in operational server logs; they aren't joined to audit results or used for anything else.
How do I get something removed?
To have an audit result or an event-mode record deleted, or to ask anything about the above, email hello@eirvanta.com with the share link or domain.
